I'm alive!

What, like a hurricane could stop me?

Please. If the Episcopal Church couldn't, nothing can.

Yay! How's the apartment?

No water, no electricity. I'm hanging at Co-Witch A.'s place for the time being (which has been graced with both water and electricity), but with a little luck, I'll be home soon.

HA! I knew you'd be well and safe. Never a doubt in my mind!

Take care and hopefully you'll get back to your place in no time. And thanks for the update as to your well-being. :o)

I thought about you on Saturday when it was announced (on Radio 4) that Hurricane Ike had hit. Glad to hear you are OK and the house hasn't fallen over.

glad you're okay. most of my family bailed, and lemme tell you, so far we've heard that at least one of them had seven feet of water in their house. which is sad, it was the grandfather, so a lot of stuff that was irreplacable got ruined, but at least THEY were safe.

Glad to hear it. How are the cats? Killian says hi.

So glad you're OK! The best adventures are the ones you survive.

Pom: Just got home. More updates to follow (and I appreciate your doubtlessness).

Yvonne: You know what sucks? The house fell over, landed on me, and some bitch stole my shoes.

Knottybynature: I'm so sorry to hear about your grandfather's house, but I'm glad all your relatives are doing well.

RD: The cats are fat, bored and destructive. So everything's business as usual at my place.

Anne: I'm glad I'm okay, too. I'm not ready to be immortalized in bardic verse just yet.

Dessa: Heh. Good one. ;)
